My Favorite Ab Toning Moves

So....I head off to Vegas in a month with a bunch of people and we all want to look damn good for the pool. So...here are all of my favorite ab moves. The Nelly song is in there because Nelly will be performing at one of the parties in Vegas..LOL
What I want you to do is pick 5-6 moves per day and perform their respective reps and sets. Mix it up and have fun with it!
Anyway, here it is broken down:
For floor and standing work, 4 sets of 20 reps
- weighted russian twists
- cholo leans (elbows up, side to side)
- leg lifts on your back with a booty lift (really try to target your lower abs here)
- seated bicycles using a booty band
- slow and controlled bicycle crunches
- straight legged bicycle crunches
- low plank hip dips
- dolphin push ups
- high plank pendulum swings (20 each leg)
- seated leg lifts
- reverse crunch
- toe touches
- iron cross snow angels
- iron cross flutter kicks
- vampire sit ups
- v-ups
- alternating v-ups
- windshield wipers
- ab shovelers (can also be done on a bench)
- ab in/outs or seated bicycle crunches
- side plank hip dips
- low plank hold
- bird dogs (20 each side)
- standing oblique crunch with weight (20 each side)
- wood chop (20 each side)
Bosu Ball Work --4 sets of 15 reps
- mountain climbers (15 each side so 30 total in 1 set)
- Spiderman crunch to a cross climber
- low plank hold ----at least 30 seconds
- low side plank, leg comes up and in (15 each side)
- walking push ups
- shoulder builders
- push up to 2 cross climbers
Stability Ball -- 4 sets of 12 reps
- Pikes
- witches brew
- ball passes
Kettlebell, Incline Bench and Cables-- 4 sets, 20 reps
- low plank KB pull throughs
- shoulder taps
- abdominal crunch pull downs
- moving leg lifts
- weighted sit ups on incline bench
- weighted russian twists on incline bench
