No Fuss Booty Workout

So we really want to cater to the busy woman. Our lives are crazy, we know your lives are crazy. We have had soooo many requests for a booty workout (our favorite), so here is a quick, no fuss workout you can do at home....although we recommend leaving the wine for after the workout.

For each exercise: 12 reps each side (if applicable)----3 times through. Add this workout a couple times weekly to lift and tone dat booty.
